考试中心APTC（Authorised Pro metric Testing Center），分布在北京、上海、广州、深圳、哈尔滨、武汉、西等22个城市。APTC可从事思而文
公司所能进行的绝大多数IT认证
考试。您可以就近选择一家进行咨询、报名、交费和
考试。

考试报名和交费
1、提供个人信息
若第一次在APTC参加
考试，请提供详细的个人信息（姓名，汉语拼音姓名 ，英文
公司名，英文地址，邮编、电话、传真，身份证号码）；
若已在APTC参加 过
考试，请提供姓名和考生身份号码（Sylvan Candidate ID）。

考试当天携带身份证/护照/军人证和一个辅助证件，在约定时间前到考场参加
考试。

考试注册过程： Register for an Exam
To register for a Cisco Career Certifications Exam, please follow these three
easy steps:
Decide which exam you plan to take by viewing our currentexam list(please take
note of the exam name and number).
In the United States and Canada call Prometric (formerly Sylvan Prometic) at 1-
800-829-NETS (6387)-option 2, then 4 to register for your exam. Or register on
line at Prometric’s web site. Clickherefor registration information outside
the US and Canada.
Please have the following information available when calling:
Provide your Legal Name as shown on a government issued ID which will have to
presented along with another photo ID at the time of testing.
Social Security, Passport or Prometric ID number
Primary mailing address and phone number
Company name
E-mail address
Method of payment; credit card, personal check, money order, pre-approved
account or voucher. The cost of exams are $100-$200 in US and $150-$300
internationally.
More Information
In the United States and Canada, exams may be scheduled up to six weeks in
advance, and as late as the same day. Outside the US and Canada scheduling
guidelines may vary.
In the United States and Canada, canceling and rescheduling may be done by
contacting Prometric at least one working day prior to the exam. Outside the US
and Canada canceling and rescheduling guidelines may vary.
No refunds are available after having registered for an exam.
All exams will require the acceptance of terms and conditions in the:Cisco
Systems Confidentiality Agreement failure to do so will not allow you to take
the exam.
Our exams no longer allow a candidate to \\"mark\\" and return to an exam question,
please answer your questions carefully.
Please file your score report in a safe place as it is an important original.
